HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ITEMS?

Please go to shopping cart and check out your order. PayPal is used at our online store, which is a secure and trustworthy payment processing service. In addition, we do not keep your bank or credit card information. So, it is safely encrypted through PayPal’s server.

HOW DO I APPLY THE DISCOUNT CODE?

Your voucher or coupon code should be entered before checkout. When you are using the website, you should enter your coupon code in the cart page. There is a box there for promo codes. Please enter your discount code and click “Add Coupon”.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED?

You will receive an order confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for your confirmation email to be received. We recommend you check your Junk or Spam mail folder.

AFTER I HAVE MADE MY PAYMENT, CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Once you have placed your order and you want to change your address, just contact our customer service as soon as possible. However, if your parcel has been shipped, your delivery address cannot be changed.

IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO PLACE YOUR ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If an error message occurs, please try again. If this error message keeps re-occurring, please contact us.

HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY ITEMS AFTER I PLACE AN ORDER?

We will do our best to ship out goods as soon as the order is received. The approximate times taken for deliveries are between 5-15 working days depending on destination country. However, shipping will not occur on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.

IF MY PARCEL DID NOT ARRIVE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If your parcel did not arrive after 21 working days, please contact us via email. We will work together with the customer until there is a positive solution.

HOW DO I KNOW MY ITEMS HAVE BEEN SHIPPED?

You will receive a notification email from PayPal when your order is shipped.

 

WHAT IS MY TRACKING NUMBER?

When your order is shipped from our center, you will receive an email that involves your tracking number.

WHY MY TRACKING NUMBER IS NOT VALID?

The tracking number might not be available until a few days after dispatch. If your tracking number is still invalid or error after few days, please contact our customer service via email. And we will try to contact our carrier and solve your problems.

HOW LONG UNTIL MY ITEMS WILL BE SENT AFTER I HAVE PLACED MY ORDER?

Please allow 3 – 5 working days for handing your items. And we will ship your parcel as soon as possible.

HOW DO I ADD THE ITEMS TO THE CART?

Please click on the item that you selected. Then, you see a pop-up window and click “Add to Cart”. Now, your item will be added to cart. To see your shopping cart, simply click the “Cart” icon at top left of the page. You can see the items you added and you can click the “delete” icon to delete items. Also, if you want to add more of the same item, just need to enter the amount you want to purchase in the quantity column.

WHERE IS SIZE CHART?

We do not have size chart. But we provide dimension for each items, which is shown on the same page of each items.
